Loss of a great and wonderful woman.
This year we morn the loss of our founder, Nikita Carnickey-Morgan.
In 2011, Nikita left her job with the state and, together with her husband, repurposed his consulting business to address the need for employment services in the city of Detroit. Through the years that vision grew, with the help of partners, visionaries, and others who had the same goal of helping our community. Today the name Dreamtek Consulting has grown to embody her focus, her drive, and her compassion for those she served.
We will not be the same without her, but her vision lives on. The mission lives on. We are determined, with your help, to make Dreamtek greater than ever before… in honor of her memory, in honor of her passion, in honor of her love for the community.
