Nikita Morgan is a skilled workforce specialist, with a keen eye for establishing business relationships. As a business services representative with the city of Detroit, she helped formulate partnerships that led to community
development and local business expansions. The results of these collaborations have provided countless job opportunities for city of Detroit residences. She later took her expertise to the state of Michigan where she worked on the ARRA (America Recovery and Reinvestment Act) program. ARRA’s primary objectives was to save and create jobs in a downward economy. Her experience in workforce development has allowed her to place hundreds of qualified individuals in entry and mid-level openings.

Jennifer Lane is an expert workforce development professional with nearly 20 years in the field. A sought after workforce professional, Ms. Lane is known for her laser-sharp focus on bottomline results. She introduced a monumental one-stop placement concept while spearheading one of the leading human service agencies in Michigan. After many years of managing non-profits, she transitioned to business development. She single-handedly trained hundreds of entrepreneurs on the protocols and techniques to develop and expand their businesses.
